A note from a grateful wife:
The ministry tours always seem to have as much impact on the team as they do on the people we are reaching out to. Here’s a beautiful note from the wife of one of the men who joined us for last weeks tour.
“My husband has returned home to me with an added touch from God. He was a wonderful man before. However, God has given him eyes with a sharper focus for lost souls. Somehow God used this short ministry trip to ignite a passion for ministry and reveal the simplicity of the Gospel and God’s love for the isolated, weak and poor. My heart has always been for the marginalised. My heart breaks for those whom the world deems unacceptable, unloved and unlovable. My ministry has for the last 12 years been to walk beside those who have nothing and to offer hope by just loving them through the tough times and meeting them at their point of need.
Syd’s journey with God has been very different. He is a man who will testify that the world offered him all the distractions that he could possibly want in order to fill the void that we all have until we fill it with our Blessed Jesus. Syd knows God and God is drawing him even closer to Himself and revealing that it is only in the silence and stillness of God’s presence that true peace is found.
Praise God for His faithfullness. Praise God for you all. Praise God for the lyrics…I’m gonna build my life on “Faith Hope and Love”! - Karen Crawford
God’s richest blessings as you continue to bless others and bring the lost the truth.”
Kerrie and I are so honoured to know that the Lord is using this ministry every week in profound ways. Thanks again for standing with us.
Godspeed,
